History of Wenonians Inc

Wenona Old Girl's Union held its first meeting in 1927. It was officially consituted in 1934. Its aims then were:

1. To unite, as far as possible, the past members of the school with the present.
2. To keep the Old Girls of the School together.
3. To support School Institutions
4. To promote the interests of the School and Old Girls in every way
5. To hold re-unions and other functions

In 1995 the Wenona Old Girls Union became an Incorporated body, with the aims little changed for over sixty years. The only change is : To support the Advancement of education in Australia .

In 2005, the Wenona Old Girls Union became known as Wenonians...with the catch phrase of..... once a Wenonian always a Wenonian...

Wenonians Inc has an office upstairs in Ralston House which is staffed part time by former student volunteers .
